The forums are open visible to any user of the site. Only registerd users are able to post in the forums.   They are self moderated -> please report any issues to Richard Dufour.

1. Select from the list of discussion groups (I.e.: Discussions)
   
2. Select the forum (I.e.: General)
3. Hit the "New Thread" button is create a new topic of discussion - You have to register and login to be able to post in the forums
4. To reply to a Thread, click on "Reply" or "Quote" to include their message with yours.
